      Ein Übungsgelände sowohl für Hobbyfahrer als auch ambitionierte Rennfahrer. Knapp 5 km Singletrails schlängeln sich durch den "Volmersberg", einem Waldgelände, das sich in einem Schräghang befindet und ideale Voraussetzungen für ein abwechslungsreiches Streckenprofil bietet. Aufgeteilt sind die Strecken von leicht bis schwierig, ähnlich dem Skipistenprinzip mit blauen, roten und schwarzen Pisten.

      Bei schwierigen Hindernissen gibt's immer eine Ausweichmöglichkeit. Der Bikepark versteht sich als Übungsgelände, sowohl für Hobbyfahrer als auch ambitionierte Rennfahrer. Bester Beweis dafür und Feuertaufe zugleich ist die Austragung eines UCI-MTB-Rennens im Kalender des Belgacom GP auf den Strecken des Bikeparks, wo international anerkannte Radgrößen, u.a. Sven Nijs und Bart Wellens, den Parcours auf Herz und Nieren prüfen konnten.
