Emily Batty and Red Bull challenge you to hit your personal best time on the Mont Sainte Anne UCI course! Can’t get to MSA? No problem. Log a ride on the Trailforks app matching the course specs and you and a friend could find yourself celebrating at the 2019 UCI World Championships in Quebec.

HOW TO ENTER

1. DOWNLOAD THE TRAILFORKS APP

To enter, you need to have the Trailforks app. The Trailforks app can be downloaded for free here. You then have two options for entering the contest during August 10, 2018 - September 7, 2018.

1a. DISCOVERY ENTRY

Using the "Record your Ride" feature, users will earn the Challenge Badge when they record a ride log that fulfills the ride requirements.

When you earn the badge you will be notified and given the opportunity to 'join' the contest.
1b. NAVIGATION

Opt-In to the "Emily Batty Challenge" by signing in to Trailforks and follow the on-screen prompts under "Challenges."


2. Complete a Ride Equivalent to Emily’s Lap of the Mont-Sainte-.Anne XCO Course

Log a ride equivalent to one lap of the Mont-Sainte-Anne XCO course to earn your official Challenge Badge and a chance to win the Grand Prize. You must use the Trailforks app to track your ride performance history during the contest period - August 10, 2018 - September 7, 2018. Only sanctioned trails recognized by Trailforks will count towards your Performance History. You will automatically be eligible to earn one (1) Entry in the Contest if – by the end of the Contest Period – Trailforks indicates that you’ve completed a ride that meets the ride requirements.

Ride requirements must be met:

Minimum Distance: 5km
Minimum Climbing: 350m
Minimum Descending: 265m

3. CHECK THE LEADERBOARDS

Contest Leaderboards will display all contest entrants (people who have earned the above badge) and will rank them by the total km's ridden during the contest period of August 10, 2018 - September 7, 2018. Track your rides on the leaderboard to see how the competition stacks up

4. PRIZE

One entrant will win an all-expenses paid VIP trip for two to the 2019 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships. Prize draw for the "Emily Batty MSA Challenge" will be drawn at random. For every 5km you ride in the contest period you gain additional entry ballot for the prize draw. The more you ride during the 4 weeks the more entries you will have in the draw.


Contest rules in English or French.


There will be a total of one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won in this Contest. Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) to the 2019 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships (the “Event”) that is scheduled to take place in Mont St. Anne, Quebec, Canada between August 28, 2019 – September 1, 2019 Grand Prize trip must take place between August 28, 2019 and September 1, 2019 (or on such other dates as may be specified by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) and includes: (i) transportation (economy class) for the confirmed winner and one (1) legal age of majority travel companion (the “Guest”) to Mont St. Anne, Quebec from a Canadian location near the confirmed winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) accommodation for two (2) (double occupancy) for three (3) nights in a hotel or hotels determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; (iii) two (2) general admission tickets to the Event; and (iv) a VIP Red Bull Experience. The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5000 CAD based on a Toronto, Ontario departure example – although the actual retail value may vary depending on the point of departure. Under no circumstances whatsoever will any difference between the actual and approximate retail values be awarded. Choice of flights, airline(s), hotel accommodations (including, without limitation, room size and occupancy), ticket levels and all other aspects of the Grand Prize are at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.
