Thanks to a huge community effort over the span of 4 years led by Digger & the NSMBA, MEC & nsmb.com Expresso now represents a new era of North Shore flow. A golden ribbon of dirt filled with bermed corners from top to bottom, both intermediate and expert riders alike will enjoy the trail with optional tables, roll downs and of course, the big smooth rock ride. Some mandatory woodwork will put this into the category of a black diamond trail for most riders but hey, this is the Shore and is a blue as far as locals are concerned.

An awesome trail on Fromme. Good mix of flow and a little tech. Also includes some harder features if you would like to challenge yourself but there are go around for all of them.

Amazing entry level black, the best flow trail on the Shore by far (sorry Bobsled). I would consider it slightly easier than Floppy just becuase it's a bit more flowy and faster for intermediates, and definitely worth the climb. I always finish my day riding Expresso during golden hour.

I dropped my driver's license by accident at the entrance to Expresso today (Aug. 23). Realized this when I got to ladies only, went back up and it was gone. Pm me on pinkbike if you happened to pick it up.

First time on Espresso. Fun trail, mostly easy blue with some rock slab descents that are black.

Blue trail with black options. If you don't ride the optional stuff, it's solidly a blue trail.

Rode the trail a couple days ago for the first time. Although its rated blue on trail forks there are some harder sections and some decent drops, this may partly be because the trail has gotten a bit beaten up from winter and all the traffic it receives but with the current virus situation there may not be much trail maintenance for a while so keep that in mind if your expecting something really blue your first time down the trail. Still a really fun trail and great entry level black diamond, if you can handle floppy bunny(the more techy parts and bridges not the optional jumps) and you want to step it up I would recommend it, the climb is long in comparison but its a fun trail with the hardest features optional so you can work your way up to them, also the hardest non-optional parts are pretty easy to walk and there are only a couple.
All around awesome entry level black trail and im exited to ride it again in the next couple of days!

Hi Guys, I was riding Saturday around 4:00 and saw couple of guys on eBikes riding cross country through the woods (maybe crossing between Crippler and ESpresso)...
Unfortunately I did not manage to talk to them - but if anybody knows who they were or sees them again, please highlite that riding off trails with ebikes especially will cause damage to our sport and the fantastic location on the northshore.
btw. I am a eMTB rider as well... and there is more then enough fun on the perfect existing trails!
Please respect and share this attitude!!!!
