Seventh Secret is one of the north shore classic mountain bike trails. It's an all weather, heavily armoured bike trail flowing from just before the seventh switch-back on mountain hwy back to the sixth switch back between Pipeline and Expresso. The few ladders, bridges, jumps and log rides are easier than you might at first expect, but sometimes come at you by surprise, so you may want to go easy on your first descent. The more difficult stuff mostly has easier work arounds.

This trail is probably one of the most enjoyable mixed rides on the north shore, and a must do for intermediate riders. It connects up with Crinkum Crankum (via Leppard/Kirkford) by heading left at the boardwalk T-intersection, or can be followed on with Pipeline or Expresso by heading right to the road. If heading towards Crinkum, you will probably not want to ride the optional long log ride at the bottom, but continue down the trail instead to the boardwalk.

Overall pretty good, last few days of high temps have dried out the standing puddles. Some larger rocks have become dislodged so be careful in...

Outside of a few puddles, it's good. Rocks are still grippy, roots are a little meh so we'll see for the Fiver!

As above have mentioned great amount of effort with rock armouring to make this a true all weather trail credit to the builders, I favour pile of rocks for more natural rooty tech however

Really amazing trail. I Ben in the wet there is still lots of grip.
A note to fast riders, don’t try passing slower riders while they are moving through techy/rocky steep turns. It ruins the experience when you bail because someone decides to blow by you. Just give a shout and pass when safe to do so!! We are all there to have fun. Keep those maneuvers for a race day!

Rock work is astonishing. I can’t even think of all the hours of work put into the construction of this trail. Epic.

Awesome trail in wet weather! Epic amount of armour and nothing too sketchy. Great start to Crinkum and Kirkford

One of the most if not the most amazing trail on the mountain! Definitely worth going up and shredding all the way down to Kirkford! This trail is a must when visiting Mt. Fromme!

Accessible North Shore style trail that flows well through its fortified rocky technical sections. Really well built and loads of fun.

Beauty of a trail! First ride today, my first ride on the Shore... and it lived up to the hype. Even got to meet Pete, who I understand is the master builder on this beauty. The rock work is amazing! It was pretty busy up there, but everyone was in a good mood and very friendly. Overall a great ride.
